FELIX BRISEBOIS It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother, peacefully at his residence on Monday, May 22, 2000. Felix is survived by his wife Lillian; children, Denis (Casey), Anita (Stan), Bob (Dianna), Leonard (Cherie), and Eddy (Patty) brothers, Joe, Jules, and Germain; sisters, Jeanne, Pauline, and Madeleine; grandchildren, Lisa, Paul, Roger, Kristin, Tara, Micayla and Felix-(Tyler), and great-granddaughter Alyssa, who will all dearly miss him. He was predeceased by his parents, Auguste and Germaine, and by three brothers and one sister. Felix was born on March 10, 1932 in Shortoaks, SK. In 1957, he married Lillian and they settled in Manitoba in 1958. He worked at Canada Packers for 33 years, retiring in 1987. Felix and Lillian had five children. He was one of the founding members of the Ile-des-Chenes Minor Hockey program, where he enjoyed watching his sons play hockey for several years. Funeral services for Felix will be held at the Notre-Dame-de-la-Misericorde Church in Ile-des-Chenes, MB on Thursday, May 25. Fr. Marcel Carriere will celebrate the funeral mass at 2:00 p.m. Prayer service and viewing will begin at 1:30 p.m. Interment will take place in the Ile-des-Chenes parish cemetery following the mass.
